Well, I keep on hearing that how stupid, meaningless,dejected,ignored,wasted,misguided,unethical,lazy and other such gracious words the next generation is! Bottom line is that the new generation is basically miserable and good for nothing breed . As offending as it sounds let me enlighten you a little about generations first  and why it is basically difficult for agreeing over little topics together!

THE LOST GENERATION 

Yes, right! The all forgotten generation of 1800s till intial 1900s. Yes, the generation of Napolean, Linclon and Charlie Chaplin. That was a different world on this planet with different skills and values.

THE GREATEST GENERATION(1900- 1920)

Well this generation is said to be greatest of all the generations because these were the people who actually shaped up the modern history. They grew up during great depression and probably fought in World War 2 too. They fought to save our future from Hitler or Mussolini and off course made great sacrifices too.

THE SILENT GENERATION (1925-1940)

Nothing great to talk about.A generation sandwiched between greatest and baby boomers. Ouchhh!!

THE BABY BOOMERS( 1940-1960)

This was the first generation to be consumers and live in prosperity (though the concept of nuclear war arose that time only).This generation started leading a normal family life with dozens of kids around. So,basically all our parents who keep lecturing us about how difficult??  their lives were belong to this generation. Off course they had a tough life as compared to us as similarly as their forefathers had when compared to them! This was the era of Al-pacino, John Lenon and Off course Bruce-Lee.

THE GEN X(1960-1980)

Here comes the generation which bloomed in the era of discos and MTV. lesser kids, emergence of birth controls and pills,video- games, telephone (yeah! not the mobile phones).Their generation actually liked to play outside!  (yeyy! that ‘s something ) luxury to talk about peace, freedom, civil rights and so on.Michael Jackson, John Hugh are to name few.

THE GEN Y OR MILLENNIALS(1980-2000)

Helll Yeah! The truly free spirited generation who lives, sleeps,eats and potties online.Play mostly mobile games, have to compete with other tech savvy geeks of their generation. Age of depression, terrorism ( sometimes random shooting by a class mate too!).One true smart-phone generation! Prefers emojis over 100 words.The revolutions happen on twitter and facebook.

THE GEN Z

Still will be in school or college. Totally unaware of the world before them. And future still awaits how they shape their world. Right now It’s all about Gen Y….

So, Daddies and Mommies you see? Do you find any logic in comparing different generation together and justifying how you cooked rotis for a family of 15 and how the girls today can’t even make tea or how you started earning at the age of 15 and carried responsibilities with 200 bugs (which is not enough to buy even my burger with cheese!)

Well I am not making fun of you guys but can’t you see yours were the happiest times ever.You had everything and everyone around you (not to forget 24/7 availability of home cooked food!) and ours is like age of depression and suicide bombers. We are fighting our own battles trying to keep off the frustrations away.

LIFE’S NOT DEFINED ANYMORE IN TERMS OF ‘ROTI,KAPDA AUR MAKAN.’YOU GUYS MADE IT SUCCESSFULLY AND NOW CHILL! LETS US SHAPE OUR WORLD OUR WAY!!
