My mother is no ordinary woman. She is a fighter. In 2005 she developed breast cancer and underwent extensive chemotherapy and surgeries. She survived but since then almost after every two years, she had a new complication in her body. In 2008 she underwent another major operation on her lungs. Then she developed high diabetes and is on insulin 4 times a day. In the last 3 years, she had 3 heart attacks with no major treatment insight because doctors say her body can’t take any major operation now. She had been in insurmountable pain most her life because of various treatments. In nutshell she is in bad shape and yet she is the most positive person I have ever come across in my life. Her calmness and patience had been her trademarks.

She is also working on her fourth book which she intends to bring forward by 2022. Apart from her illustrious career as an author, she is also a prominent blogger who works in close collaboration with various national and international brands. Since lockdown 2020, she has also started producing motivational and informational videos to add value to the lives of her audiences as a societal influencer. These videos have created a huge impact and have been pivotal in raising various social issues around military families.
