Kashmir’s most wanted terrorist and chief of organisation Hizbul Mujahideen Kashmir, Riyaz Naikoo with a bounty of 12 lakh on his head was encountered by Indian Security forces on 6th May 2020. Let us first take an account of his terror activities he was directly involved in his life time.
The terrorist Riyaz Naiku has took over the terror outfit after the encounter of terrorist Zakir Musa who was the successor of Burhan Wani.Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) is designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization by United States and European Countries. The group was formed in 1989 and is one of the largest and oldest militant groups operating in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Currently HM is led by Mohammad Yusuf Shah, also known as Syed Salahuddin who resides in Pakistan, and officially supports the liberation of Kashmir and its accession to Pakistan.
Riyaz Naikoo was Kashmir Commander of this same terrorist organisation which obviously makes him a branded terrorist,there should be no doubt about it but still I mention a few of his acts of terror just to clarify my little point which I am astonished is how ignored by mainstream media.
In past he had looted local orchard owners & farmers to collect funds for his outfit, collected booty from illicit cultivation of opium and bhang in South Kashmir.His outfit also figured in narcotrade case in jammu where a huge sum of sale proceeds was transferred to one of his contacts. He had also been involved in brutal killings of civilians branding them as police/SF informers. He was a masterminded behind the revival of Hizbul Mujahideen outfit in jammu and Kashmir and released videos-audio tapes on number of occasions carrying Pro-Pakistan and separatist propaganda.
He had also killed many innocent individuals like Haji Ghulam Mohd Dar father of Dogripora Sarpanch 0n 2014. He did not even hesitated killing innocent truck drivers and fruit traders. He also fired On Police Bus Near Bhatpora Tokena killing of six migrant labour in Kulgam. He had also kidnapping of constable Naseer Ahmad and looting of weapons from the residence of an ex MLA. The families of Mohi-Ud-din Dar,Javaid Akbar Khanday,Police HC Ashiq Hussain Mir who were brutally killed by Riyaz Naikoo still mourn the deaths of their beloveds.Hizbul was also responsible for the recent martyrdom of four Indian Army personnel Colonel Ashutosh Sharma, Major Anup Sood, Naik Rajesh, Lance Naik Dinesh sub-inspector Shakeel Qazi who sacrificed their lives on 3rd May 2020 when an encounter broke in Rajwar and Mawar forest areas of Chanjimulla Handwara, Kashmir.
He executed a series of attacks on policemen, Special Forces and civilians to establish his power and control. He was the most wanted terrorist of Kashmir of recent times,since long on radar of security forces bound to be killed. But do you know how the death of this terrorist who was not only threat to Indian sovereignty but also to humanity had been portrayed in National and International media. You will be astonished with their desperate attempts of humanising a terrorist like him. The sob story were started by Reuters (renowned?) for honest reporting and rest channels followed its suit. I wonder if this is honest reporting what else they are capable of. What propaganda they are hell bound to spread against India.
Reuters famous for honest reporting started it claiming ‘Maths teacher turned rebel commander’ notice how they humanise him by calling maths teacher and out righteously deny calling him a terrorist rather a rebel. Why would anyone do that,especially a news agency like Reuters.
While New York Time will never claim Osama Bin Laden to be a civil Engineer bombed twin towers they are denying to call RIyaz Naikoo a terrorists rather settle at millitant emphasising on protest and rage in Kashmir.
AlJazeera sticks to rebel commander Riyaz Naikoo. I dare if they could call Zawahiri a rebel commander

Can somebody ask The Washington Post which is based in a country which bombs countries,sends Special Forces and drones to kill that one terrorist which matters to them but a terrorist on Indian land is top militant commander killed by Indian troops.

They surely have a little sense where they acknowledge that somehow he survived the longest when certainly Indian Army is famous to encounter terrorist and send them to hell at the earliest.
