This year winters are not going to be dull,boring and black. Our fashion experts has announced it to be bright,shiny and free spirited. Whimsical embellishments and patches on black are making way to the add ons and dresses.from glossy denims to lustrous add ons shine is the fashion moto this season.Celebrating parties and decadent winter escapes with rich and luxurious textures are call of the season. The shimmer and sequins give you all the option to party in style. So here are the new rules to dress up this chilly whether. Do follow and don’t be so last season! I presented  5 winter looks for college going girls in my previous post which emphasised mainly on minimal and classy looks but this post is all about drama and loud trends which are going viral for winter 2017 looks on all the fashion weeks.

Skirts

Embellished sweat skirts,printed Lehengas,Silk skirts, Velvet skirts Full circle skirts, Leather skirts are all so in and such a fashionable way to dress up this winter. These skirts can be embellished, full of patch work or applique or even embroidered. You can always wear your warm leggings inside without even getting noticed to beat the chill and still look fashionable with these.

Pair it up with your bomber or biker jackets. Turtlenecks and cashmeres can also be teamed up with these lovely skirts.

Culottes

Leather, velvet,metallic or shimmery culottes are so in this season. And again you get the advantage of wearing your warm leggings inside these without looking awkward. You can dance all night in these cozy culottes and still look fashionable.Just don’t forget to wear your high heels with your culottes. Flats are sheer insult to these cool culottes.

You can team it up with your leather biker jackets or any tight high neck and you are good to go.

Flared Pants

Wide legged and flared pants totally replace the boring denim jeans this season. While prints and applique easily made place on such pants recently it makes dull winters little interesting. Pair these pants with high neck bib and printed floral jackets to add more fun to your look.

Faux fur sandals are great add on to the complete look.

Maxi dresses

Yes maxi dresses! There’s no written rule any where that mai dresses are meant for summers only. Pansy print maxi dress in velvet and metallic tones are great winter statements. Team these up with long coats or trench coats to shine on.

Dramatic sleeves

Long sleeve,flared sleeve,bubble sleeves on various sweaters and dresses are winning at the style stakes this season hands down.Dramatic sleeves are great fashion statements during winters.

Jumpsuits

Flared and wide legged jump suits are so in right now which should be teamed up with coolest of your trench coats and some trendy junk jewelry of yours.

Turtle Neck

Turtlenecks are still in and basically we can’t do winters without them. So high roller is out of the closet and you can rock this versatile number in various ways. From Turtle neck dresses to high neck bibs there are many ways to look classy.

Just be very careful with the add ons like knee high boots,stilettos and animal print scarves are must haves with these .

The colours

Red and Metallics are color of the season. FOrgo the neutrals and spice up your wardrobe with this fiery hue generously this winter. Shoes,Bags,Jackets,Skirts,Caats and what not! You have this obligation to carry at least on of your items in these hues. Even the knee high boots are screaming metallics and red really loud this season.

Appliques/Embellished

More the merrier is the mantra this season. Versace has even showcased  appliqued backpack and Louis Vuitton show cased embellished work bags this year and I tell you how cool are they.

This season loud trends have totally replaces the subtle animal prints which were so in last year. Though the snake textured accessories can still be seen. Minimal is so last season this year it’s all about drama.
